About Lilly Wong

Lilly Wong is the creator of the Mythbreaking™ methodology and the founder of ONENESS Evolutionary Intelligence™, as well as a speaker and strategic consultant.

In her personal journey, she recounts leaving behind her home country and a former corporate career after experiencing burnout and a personal awakening in her thirties, subsequently settling in Canada. Her talks on conscious leadership and methodologies—such as Mythbreaking™—are promoted globally, both online and at international events.

Since 2012, she has dedicated herself to the development of leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations, helping them overcome limiting patterns, prevent burnout, and manage conflict with clarity and awareness. Through her methodology, she fosters a transformation in mindsets and behaviors, strengthening aligned leadership, collaboration, and the creation of thriving organizational ecosystems where human development and performance evolve in an integrated manner.

Chapter Theme

EMERGENT INTELLIGENCE: THE NEW DESIGN OF CITIES THAT HEAL

In partnership, Lilly Wong and Martha Uechi,  co-author a piece that reflects on the relationship between human development, purpose, prosperity, and the spaces we inhabit.

Starting with our relationship with money and the integration of body, emotion, mind, and inner wisdom, the chapter expands this perspective to urban design, introducing the concept of emergent intelligence as a new way to understand the balance between the individual, the community, and urban space.

The reflection explores various visions of the city—bringing the perspectives of Le Corbusier and Jane Jacobs into dialogue—and culminates in a case study of Gelephu Mindfulness City in Bhutan, a project that seeks to integrate economic development, sustainability, spirituality, and well-being.

By connecting money, health, purpose, architecture, sustainability, and conscious longevity, the chapter invites the reader to reflect on an essential question: do our choices stem from purpose or from scarcity? From this question, it proposes a new perspective on the city we inhabit and the inner city we build within ourselves.
