About Kátia Cristina Fernandes
Specialist in human and organizational development, leadership, and service models with over 15 years of experience partnering with leaders, teams, and companies seeking high performance and healthy corporate environments. She serves as a Facilitator in Team Psychological Safety, Mentor, Coach, Consultant, NR-1 implementation expert, and Master of Ceremonies, delivering customized training, workshops, and leadership programs.
Her professional background includes partnerships with HSM, Overlap Brasil, Tottiz Consultoria, Moove Desenvolvimento Humano, Revvo, MSS Consultoria, Career Center, Mercer, and Senac-SP, as well as direct roles at CCM7, APAE-SP, Sitel, Gradiente, Editora Abril, and UniSant’Anna, alongside her work as an educator and project coordinator. She is an expert in HOD (Human and Organizational Development), Team Psychological Safety, the Science of Happiness, Leadership, Communication, People Management, and Emotional Intelligence.
Since 2012, she has dedicated herself to leadership development, with a focus on first-time managers and newly promoted leaders, supporting career transitions and the strengthening of essential competencies for people and team management. Throughout her journey, she has found that human connection, active listening, and the purpose of serving are the pillars that guide her work and her own path of development.
She holds a degree in Science from UNG and is a Personal & Professional Coach certified by SBCoaching. Her credentials include certifications in Neuroscience Applied to the Corporate Environment, Team Psychological Safety Facilitation (Team.as.One), and a specialization in the Science of Happiness, Health, and Well-being from UniCesumar. She participated in the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th editions of the International Happiness Congress in Curitiba (2022–2025), the Virada da Felicidade editions (2023–2026), as well as immersions in neuroscience and events focused on promoting mental health and happiness at work.
Co-author of the book Livre para Falar (Psychological Safety), she is recognized for connecting people, creating collaborative environments, and inspiring leadership and self-awareness. Her mission is to act as a bridge between knowledge and transformation, contributing to positive, happy, and sustainable organizational cultures
