About Dr. Renata Cardillo Homem de Mello

Renata Cardillo Homem de Mello is an intercultural psychologist, speaker, and author, with a distinguished career dedicated to the study of human behavior and the development of individuals across diverse contexts. She specializes in Psychopedagogy and People Management and holds a Master's degree in Social and Family Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Education.

She is trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), with a focus on early intervention and traumatic stress, and is also certified in Professional Personal Coaching. Throughout her career, she has deepened her expertise in areas such as emotional intelligence, anxiety, self-esteem, family systems, and cultural and ancestral influences, integrating multiple perspectives into her professional practice. Her work is grounded in an ethical, compassionate, and sensitive approach, providing a safe space for expression, emotional strengthening, and human development.

Dr. Homem de Mello earned her Doctorate in Education from the Methodist University of São Paulo (2022), a Master's degree in Social and Family Psychology from São Marcos University (2002), a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Paulista University (1994), and a specialization in Psychopedagogy from Ibirapuera University (1997). She further expanded her qualifications with an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Management (2010), an MBA in Strategic Higher Education Management (2016), both from Santo Amaro University, and Professional Coaching certification from the Brazilian Coaching Society (2011).

She serves as an Institutional Evaluator for INEP/MEC (Anísio Teixeira National Institute for Educational Studies and Research), contributing to the assessment and quality assurance of higher education institutions in Brazil. She also works as a Clinical Psychologist and Coach at RH Mello Comportamento Humano.

With extensive experience in the educational field, she has distinguished herself through the management of academic teams and the development, updating, and implementation of pedagogical projects for undergraduate and graduate programs. She also has expertise in creating educational content, serving as both an instructor and content developer for Distance Learning (E-learning) programs.

Her professional journey includes significant experience in corporate consulting and personal development, with expertise in Organizational, Family, and Educational Psychology. Her work focuses particularly on competency management, organizational training and development, teaching and learning processes, teacher-student-family relationships, family and school development, and academic advising.

In her clinical practice, she provides online counseling to adults, adolescents, couples, and families, supporting conflict resolution, emotional strengthening, self-esteem development, and the pursuit of a healthier and more balanced life.

Her professional mission is to promote emotional well-being and enhance people's quality of life by supporting their journeys of personal growth, professional development, and inner resilience through a human-centered, evidence-based approach committed to both individual and collective transformation.
